1.The period for compliance of an incomplete grade must not exceed one calendar year from the date the grade was received. 2. A grade of “Inc.” when not complied within one-year shall automatically become 5.0. The Registrar is authorized to implement this policy. 3. An “Inc.” grade is removed upon the completion of the requirements and payment for Completion Form for Incomplete Grades is made at the Cashier’s Office. The removal of the “inc.” is subject to the approval of the dean.
